Servus, Hello, Jassu (Γεια σου)!

Visiting Kirstens and Susannes Archery Parc was a wonderful, physical and philosophical delight during our holiday! First of all, they are wonderful hosts and great people to talk to. Two strong women with a lot of courage to leave behind their old lives and start something new from scratch. Inspiring!
Since we were soaking wet after hiking there through a thunderstorm, they lit a fire for us to dry and get warm again. When the sun came out again, they took a lot of time for us and calmly, very present and with a lot of humour they introduced us to the art of archery. Susanne and Kirsten both have degrees in social work, psychology and coaching and they let their ton of experience also flow into teaching archery (they also offer therapeutical archery sessions if wanted). So above the fun of the physical activity and being out in an astonishing beautiful landscape, it was also a quite philosophical experience and I learned a lot about myself, about how I stand in live, how I approach new challenges and goals. I felt very refreshed, strong and clear and the end.

The parkour area leads you along small and big trees and bushes, many beautiful olive trees and you have an amazing view into the mountains and down to Paleochora.
By the way, they even make the best Olive oil from their trees I tasted to so far on Crete. It's all natural, wild olives and they pick them by hand.

I also recommend to hike there through Anidri Gorge, have lunch in the Old School Taverne in Anidri and from there it's another 30 min walk.

Thank you!

The best, most surprising, magical experience!
Kirsten and Susanne were amazing. I have been shooting traditional for years and they set me up for some basic target practice. Then they taught my friend the basics and let us loose on their 20 target 3D course. It was amazing. Whether you live here or visiting you need to come by and give it a try.

We visited on Sunday and had such an amazing day. We were a group of 6, including two children (aged 13 and 10), and being new to archery we had a great introduction from Kirsten and Susanne, they took the time to explain how to use the equipment and we were able to take as much practice time as needed before heading to the 20-target trail.

There is a high focus on safety and it felt very reassuring being able to walk through the course. The place is kept immaculately clean and there are stunning views.

It was such a great experience, made better by the care and attention of Kirsten, Susanne Yiannis, and Zuri. We spent 4-5 hours there and it was great value for money. This is highly recommended as a day out.

Well thought out archery course for every experience level, beautiful view and above all: very warm and capable hosts!

We came across Susanne and Kirsten's archery course by chance - and it was the best thing that could have happened to us during this vacation in Greece. We had an incredible amount of fun with archery (even as beginners) and were consistently amazed at the detailed, lovingly designed course.

But we were most thrilled by the sympathetic hosts. Not only did they show professional expertise in archery, but they managed to convey a unique feeling for the sport. You can feel and see their enthusiasm and dedication in every detail.
Hard to describe, you just have to try it yourself and experience the great experience with Kirsten and Susanne. We will definetly be back!

Our family (ages 6-50something) spent a wonderful evening here, wandering through olive groves, following a nicely laid out course, shooting arrows at various targets (including a very startled longhorn goat!) and enjoying stunning views.

Kirsten and Susanne were wonderful hosts, introducing us to the fun sport of archery with patience and passion.

100% would recommend if you fancy trying something different while visiting Paleochora.
